Location: 1 block north of Bloor, at north-east corner of Bay & Cumberland.
TTC: Bay Station (Bloor-Danforth line), is the closest subway stop (exit "Bay East" and turn right/north once on street level; entrance to the offices is just past Jasmine Jewellers). Also a 5-minute walk west of Bloor Station.
Parking: There is a "Green P" parking lot east of the office, with entry points at Bay & Cumberland, and Bay & Yorkville. Metered street parking is available on Cumberland after 6pm.

4th Floor: Unit 32 - through the door left of the reception desk, left at the end of the hall and office #32 is on the left. If the door is closed, please have a seat in the hallway, and we will be with you shortly.

Please bring a completed copy of the New Patient Intake Forms to your first naturopathic visit.
